Live Show Highlights (please check back for upcoming dates)...
HTS Center Show, Augusta Georgia
Rhythms of Note just completed a successful tour of the Southern United States which culminated in a big show at the HTS Center in Augusta, Georgia. Turn out was much greater than expected and the appreciative crowd compelled the show to go on for one and a half hours! Organizers and guests expressed interest in future performances in the coming years.
VC Center Performances, Toronto Ontario
Rhythms of Note has performed numerous times in a predominantly ensemble format at the VC Center to help showcase our many music students. Feedback has always been positive, we look forward to another performance in the near future. Please check back for upcoming details.
House Concert, Evans Georgia
Some fans of Rhythms of Note organized a House Concert while the group was touring the Southern United States recently. The set-up for the House Concert only took about 40 minutes including bringing in the musical instruments and configuring the audio and video recording equipment. It was a great live event for its intimacy and smaller audience size. The Host asked specially for Rhythms of Note to visit again next year. We're already looking forward to it!
University of Michigan Show, Ann Arbor Michigan
One of our most fascinating performances happened a few years ago with a guest Artist from India at an independent music show organized at the University of Michigan. Rhythms of Note performed on stage with Pundit Samar Saha of Kolkata (formerly Calcutta), India. The crowd was treated to over an hour of high octane drumming and rhythm. Students and families got an earful of advanced grooves and beats, all performed by live musicians instead of a turntable! We're always open to collaborating with other International Artists and look forward to new, eclectic opportunities to share our music with diverse audiences.
RANA Conference Performance, Jersey City, New Jersey
One of our earlier shows comprised an advanced drumming performance for an International crowd in New Jersey. Dignitaries included the King of Jodhpur, India among many other attendees from North America and Great Britain. The performance rocked the multicultural crowd and added a lot of energy to the festivities. Rhythms of Note has performed for the RANA Conference in Virginia as well and was given an Award of Excellence for the caliber of our music.
